TERMS AND
CONDITIONS

A 50% deposit of the balance is required to reserve the wedding date and secure services with PRO-GLAM. This is non-refundable, however will be deducted from the final invoice. The remaining balance must be made in the payment of cash on the service date or transferred no later than 1 week prior to the event. Due to the nature of the business and high bridal demand, your wedding date will not be held until a deposit is processed and received. Once a deposit has been received, your booking will be 100% secured.

▪ Once deposit has been transferred, a screenshot is required to be send through to confirm payment. Once deposit has processed and your signed booking form has been sent through, your services with PRO-GLAM will be 100% secured and confirmed!
▪ All trials must be applied in the salon at 57 Herriotts Boulevard, Glen Waverley 3150 VIC.
▪ Payment options of remaining balance due on the wedding date: Cash or transferred no later than 7 business days prior to event and no earlier than 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.
▪ A starting time earlier than 8.00am will require an early hour fee of $100.00
▪ Mobile services are offered for a minimum group number of 4 people if only makeup or hairstyling services are booked. If less, an additional Call-Out fee of $150.00 will apply. This does not apply for makeup and hair packages of 3-4 people maximum.
▪ On premises Hotel/Apartment parking spot fees must be pre-organised/paid by the client prior or on event date. (Valet parking for all hotel bookings and on-site for Airbnb/Apartment complexes).
▪ On the day of your event, if there are any additional faces/hair requests; depending on timing, each additional face/hairstyle needs to be paid in cash on the day. If timing does not allow, then we cannot offer this additional service.
▪ If event touch up services are booked, event coordinator must be informed of your artist’s earlier set up arrival time with access a room with sufficient space, bench, chair and power-points/board for required for touch up services.
▪ All clients booked must have their services applied in the same room and venue on the event date.
▪ A $50.00 sur-charge applies if your wedding falls on a Sunday.
▪ A $100.00 sur-charge applies if your Wedding falls on a Public Holiday Weekend.
▪ Any bookings in Victoria where travel exceeds 100km require a 1 night’s stay of accommodation chosen by your artist on/near location the day before the event date communicated and confirmed with client. Accommodation Fee - $250.00 minimum which will be stated within the client’s invoice.
▪ If one or more services are cancelled within 1-4 weeks prior or on the event date, these either must be replaced with someone else or the final balance will still apply and be considered as a cancellation fee.
▪ If your artist is required to cancel the booking at any time prior to your event date due to death/severe or bedridden illness/pregnancy or unforeseen family circumstances related to death/severe illness, PRO-GLAM will ensure to provide her top referrals and reach out with her best abilities. It is the clients’ responsibility to further engage the services with the other providers. PRO-GLAM assumes no responsibility for the availability/unavailability of the recommended suppliers. PRO-GLAM will issue a refund of deposit if PRO-GLAM cancels booked services.
▪ If you are going to have a spray tan applied, please ensure that 1 very light layer or no spray is applied on your face. This will cause an uneven finish.
▪ Recommended spoiling yourself with a classic facial or hydration facial 1-2 weeks before the event day. (No intense treatments such as needling, microdermabrasion/chemical peels this close to the event.)
▪ If Hairstyling services are booked with PRO-GLAM, each person’s hair must be washed the night before. If your hair is frizzy or curly it must be blow waved the night/day before. (Not using a straightener). Hair must be 100% dry on the wedding day unless you are having a blow wave style only, hair can be washed the morning of the event. Extensions that will be used on the day must be washed and 100% dry if they are dirty no later than 1 week prior to the event date. Please ensure to bring any hair accessories to your trial.

DESTINATION BRIDAL BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
An invoice will be created according to all your information on services required, location, flights, luggage, accommodation, travel Visa if required, car hire if required, taxi transportation, airport transfer transportation and food allowance for vendor. A 30% deposit of balance is due within 1 week after receiving your invoice. All deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable.
ACCOMODATION: Any International/Interstate bookings require a recommended 3 night’s stay minimum of accommodation with the Bride or near location 2 days before the event date incase of unforeseen circumstance or changes with flights and for all nights requiring services.
FLIGHTS: Return Flight, extra luggage under carriage, travel insurance fees a required to be covered by client. Flights will be booked by Chrisi with your paid deposit balance. Flight details will be emailed through to Bride or Wedding Planner.
BAGGAGE: 23KG-30KG Luggage under carriage is required for Hair/Makeup kit/Aerosols and clothing is required. Flex Flight option usually has this included.
VISA: Please confirm with Chrisi if any Visa’s are required to be pre-organised. Any VISA/ENTRY costs are required to be paid by the client to allow your Artist to enter the destination you’d like her to travel to for the special event.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: If any additional services are requested and applied during the days of booking after the original invoice was sent and confirmed, these services are required to be transferred immediately on the day of the service application.
TRANSPORT: Any transport your vendor requires and is covered by the client. e.g. Airport transfers, travel to wedding location, travel back to hotel, car/buggy hire for all days vendor will be staying for, car hire if your vendor isn’t accommodated with the Bride and is at another location is required to be organised and covered by the client.

Photo permissions/release and booking agreement
I, the Bride and Groom, authorize my hair stylist and makeup artist or her assistants to use any photos/videos captured on the day for their websites, advertisements, or social media outlets provided by the official photographer or couple. The couple will always get the photographers permission and confirmation for Chrisi Tasios, PRO-GLAM to use images. By paying the deposit, I understand and agree with PRO-GLAM terms and conditions. I have read through and understand all terms and conditions of this agreement and I have supplied all correct and required information.
